How can I change the phone number registered in the application?
The phone number registered in the application is based on the number provided in the invoice issued by Dr. Manouchehrzadeh Institute and cannot be changed.
Why are no classes displayed in the “My Class” section?
If you do not see any classes in this section, it is likely because you have not yet enrolled in any courses. Once your educational advisor submits your class activation request, this section will be activated automatically.
My class appears in the “My Class” section, but I cannot participate in it, reasons:
- Classes officially start at the beginning of each week. If your class is displayed but not yet active, it means the start date has not arrived yet, and according to the date shown at the bottom of the box, the class will become active on the upcoming Saturday.
- If the class status has changed to “Paused,” it means that the exercises from the previous 12 sessions have not been completed by you. In this case, the class has been automatically frozen to maintain the learning process. To resolve this issue, please refer to Question 4.
- If the class status has changed to “Finished,” it means that the 12-week course period has ended. To start a new course, you can contact your educational advisor.
How can I unfreeze my class? To unfreeze your class:
- Open the “My Class” section.
- Use the orange arrow to select the desired class.
- In this section, alternative classes equivalent to the frozen session will be displayed.
- You can review the class details, instructors, and other information, then select your preferred course for continuing your learning journey by clicking the arrow next to each class.
How can I participate in previous sessions?
Participation in exercises is only available on the scheduled day. After the exercise time ends, the session status changes to “Review,” and you will only be able to view the questions, not submit answers.
My teacher has not reviewed my exercises.
All exercises and answers submitted by students are reviewed by the teacher on the following day, and the corresponding score will be recorded in the system.
Today’s exercise is inactive and the “Join” option is unavailable.
This issue is usually caused by an incorrect date or time setting on your device. Please check and correct your device’s date and time settings, then review the exercise status again.
How can I edit my exercise answer?
After submitting your exercise answer, the correct answer will be displayed and editing your response will no longer be possible. Therefore, please make sure your answer is correct before submitting it.
